Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Interface with govt. bodies/ Major institutional clients to understand sector specific trends and potential opportunities available to us ; mapping these opportunities to various group companies
- Market research : Competition mapping / industry benchmarks Financial modelling Project feasibility report, evaluate the various business matrices & then knowledge Transfer to the BD team on Specifications.
- Accurate & Timely Filling in of tender documents
- Critical analysis of all tenders ie. preparing relevant Dashboards and Matrices for future wins of Tenders (to understand why we won /lost them basis which generating a success formula for entry and re-entry. )
- SWOT Analysis of each of our organization and recommendation on how to bridge gaps Assisting sales team to create the sales pitch.
- Building Automation /ERP to facilitate decision making
- Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raises clarifications with stakeholders.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Past experience as I banker /Investment Analyst.
- Experience in big 4 will be a plus
- Techno commercial background
- Understanding of Numbers
