VIBGYOR High - ERP Project Manager

- Plan and execute the ERP Program for the group organization. Create and manage project plan, associate tasks. Manage the internal stakeholders for task execution, manage the implemention partners and provide periodical updates to all stake holders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

1.  Own the ERP implementation project for the organization from implementation and business applicability point of view

2.  Define the ERP and other application Support mechanism and organization to deal with post project implementation point of view.

3. Timely execution and update to all stake holders

4. Manage exceptions and conflicts

5. Manage the vendor delivery contracts for ERP

6. Stake holders management

7. Periodical communication

8. Minimum 2 implementation of 365, modular & integrated.

9. Problem solver, Project planning and scheduling, team player.

EXTERNAL Nature or purpose of Interaction :

1. Vendor and Consultants "Interacts with vendors/consultants for evaluating solutions, negotiating contracts and determining service level agreements

Negotiates for timely procurement of critical high value hardware and software"

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE :

KNOWLEDGE :

1. Atleast 2 fully life cycle of of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation

2. Should have functional knowledge of D365 modules such as F&O, Talent & D365 CRM

3. Should have very good knowledge of Integrating D365 with external systems module wise

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

Education Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Sciences (B.E, B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech), MBA

Experience Around : 18 - 20 Years of overall experience

Age : 40-45 Years
