Job Description:

We are looking to hire a person for the position of sales manager for our office located in Parra, North Goa. The individual needs to be very well spoken and enjoys interacting with people. They should be well versed with metro cities like Delhi, Bombay, and Pune etc. this will give them an insight on the consumer mind set.

Expectation:

1. Sales Manager should be well versed with:

a) North Goa specifically areas like Assagaon, Siolim and the restaurant, beaches in the area

2. Roles & Responsibilities

a) Screen the potential leads provided by the company

b) Shortlist potential leads and educate customers about various projects, lifestyle and the sustainability practices followed by the company

c) Accompany the potential & current clients for site visits

d) Engage in regular follow ups

e) Coordinate with teams from other metros to set up sales meetings
