To efficiently source good talent and successfully close all active Technology role with best talent in the industry. Manage hirings within set turnaround timelines and budgets assigned. Help build active Database of technology candidates across all sub functions, different skills sets across industries. Manage stakeholders expectations effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
Adherence to all TA process, policy and guidelines
- Identifying right talent all technology hirings within the Budget and TAT
- Identifying key roles and building a database of potential hires
- Ensure all the processes of TA are managed effectively
- Respond and fulfil the Organisation' hiring needs for all technology sub functions
- Keeping a continuous pipeline of external talent pool and subsequent selection of these talent for roles
- Improved Candidate Experience
- Influencing and negotiating with candidates for a quick joining
- Ensuring accurate & timely reporting of all TA metrics of all technology hirings
- Hiring at optimal cost and savings on budgets
- Saving percentage of offer accepted as compared to position budget or replacement budget whichever is lower
- Effective offer negotiation
- Database Building / Source candidates at a lesser band/grade to improve age/cost efficiencies.
Stake holder Management

Facilitating Successful Candidate relationships and talentpool in the industry
- Building strong relationships with business / hiring managers and assist them to take effective hiring decisions with competition mapping and all market intelligence on technology talent landscape
