Manager - Network Alliances Job Group Product Reports To Sr. Manager - Product Grade M3 Family Summary/Mission: Responsible to empanel new medical service providers &amp; maintain the relationship with existing partners. Position Summary/Mission: - Key responsibility is empanelment of medical service providers i.e. Doctors, Labs, Pharmacy, Hospitals etc. - Increase medical service providers spread &amp; network strength for the assigned territory/ region. - Engage Medical providers by organizing Corporate Camps, Conferences, Seminars, getting special value added offers etc. - Looking after cross partners alliances, IHO's brand visibility at medical partner's clinics/ venue, resolving customers /Network Providers complaints if any. - Ensuring product awareness within the relevant staff members of a partnered medical providers. - Negotiating on Corporate Health Checkup Packages - Training &amp; Orientation on New Services to Medical Providers. Fundamental Components &amp; Physical Requirements: - Strong account/relationship management skills - Negotiation and Influencing skills. - Ability to network and collaborate. - Articulate. - Diligent, Dynamic and result-oriented. - Planning, organizational and prioritization skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Proficiency in Excel &amp; PowerPoint. - Should be open for travel. Background/Experience Desired: - Candidates from Healthcare/TPA/Health Insurance are preferred. Educational Requirements: - MBA with 3-4yrs work experience - Graduate - Any discipline
