Purpose of the role
To work on driving training initiatives across the region thereby contributing to the development of employees thus leading to the growth in profitability
Profile - Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with heads of teams, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed Full
2. Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider's Full
3. Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and provide necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards Full
4. Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation, vendor payments as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery Full
5. Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others Full
6. Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training Full
7. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws Full
8. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc. as required Full
9. Maintain and Update training MIS on regular basis Full
10. Manage, maintain and update Learning Management System Full
11. Should have good working knowledge of the latest training tools & must be abreast of use of technology in the area of training Full
12. Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times Full
13. Judicious use of natural resources

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)
Education: Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree. Preferably an MBA
Experience:
- 6-8 years of work experience. At least 4 years of experience in training.
- At least 2 years of experience on training delivery

- Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
