Senior Manager - Talent Management
Role Expectation :
- Creating definitions of talent for different talent pools
- Creating assessment approaches to identify talent
- Measuring the value of different talent interventions
- Working with internal stakeholders to devise talent strategies
- Designing succession and contingency frameworks
- Devising diverse approaches to talent
- Creating development interventions for those identified as talent
- Interfacing with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants etc) for strategic and tactical tie-ups
- Should be able to track implementation of the initiatives
Experience :
- Should have worked on Managing Top Talent for a 5000 to 6000 employee organisation
- Should have preferably completed her education in HR
- Should have good presentation skills
- Should be able to work across time zones
- Should be Tech-savvy
