- Review and Preparation of MIS and ensuring proper control.

- Ensuring compliance to various policies in the organization.

- Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

- Providing Business support in terms of Cost rationalization.

- Supporting VAS dashboards and fortnightly calls and also..

- Supporting various initiatives of Executive boards.
