Areas of Responsibility & brief description Responsibility: - Facilitate training programs for Lean and 6 Sigma - Drive continuous improvement culture in the organization - Design and adhere to training calendar and maintain feedback scores as per targets - Facilitate development of Body of Knowledge(BoK) for Six Sigma and Lean - Lead and mentor improvement projects - Responsible for roll out of felicitation program for all projects completed - Identification & Completion of process improvement projects. - Assist quality Managers & MIS managers in process improvement projects & initiatives. - Follow the prescribed guidelines for certifying staff & plan & execute graduation ceremony - Ensure application and success for awards and international recognition - Research on innovation and futuristic needs of the organization - Judicious use of natural resources - Shall adhere to environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization. Education: Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent, Six Sigma, Green Belt Trained Additional: Post Graduation or global equivalent Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant Quality Management experience Knowledge & Key Skills: - Lean samurai - ISO 9001 - Quality control Techniques
