VFS Global - Manager - Marketing & Branding

1. Develop the criteria, standards and concepts for design of publications & communications that are released both internally & externally

2. Perform Copy-write function. Write and/or edit articles, and design photographic layouts which conform to appropriate guidelines and procedures as provided by the internal customers & stakeholders

3. Advise & provide assistance to managers & colleagues on content, techniques and the effective presentation of information in all VFS publications.

4. Ensure regular production of newsletters, brochures and manuals within the prescribed time periods

5. Routinely produce handbooks, bulletins and booklets using VFS Global policy information and other sources as per the requirements

6. Conceptualize & design the logo, vision mission for VFS Global as per brand positioning strategy.

7. Arrange and coordinate contract services for printing official publications that are cost effective, meet the quality control requirements and are completed within the established time guidelines.

8. Negotiate costs with vendors for contract printing.

9. Ensure all deliverables have the same VFS Global quality benchmark
