Expert in Change management 5. Stakeholder management - working with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Able to work across multiple geographies and locations. 7. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. 8. Ensures that all changes are being managed in accordance with the Change Management Process across in scope environments 9. Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans and ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and within budget. 10. Work closely with the business and technical teams on the project aspects to track progress, issues, and risks. 11. Managing complex global change program from design to go live, ensuring milestones are reached within agreed time frames 12. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress 13. Policy implementation across all relevant channels and creating framework to measure effectiveness 14. Working closely with stakeholders of multiple regions in order to establish strong working relationships and keep them updated on the ongoing change management initiatives. 15. Judicious use of natural resources 16. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization. Indicative KRAs/Budgetary and Revenue Responsibilities : 1. Achievement of EBIT target of the department 2. Identify new sources of Privilege program parameters 3. Achieve target numbers for enrollments and sign ups 4. No Non-Compliance's in any external and internal audits Key Interactions within and outside of VFS Global External : 1. Missions, Operations, Key Applicants 2. Vendors 3. Service Providers Internal : 1. COO, Regional Heads 2. Finance Qualification & Experience : (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude) Education: Minimum: PG/MBA or any Global Equivalent Degree Experience: Minimum 15/20 years- experience in IT Program Management Knowledge &amp; Key Skills : - Experience in change management and communication methodologies - Proven track record of leadership skills within rapid and process-driven environment - Should have handled large development and change management programs for business critical processes - Strong communication skills with senior level stakeholders (C-suite) - Strong project/program management experience - Able to work across multiple geographies and locations Behavioural Competencies : 1.
