VFS Global - Head - Products

- Participate in client presentations, existing and new business efforts, working closely with Sales and/or Relationship Management, providing clients ongoing updates on their portfolios, explaining strategy/ investment process and philosophy, performance and actions within the product and act as a contact for follow-up discussions / questions;

- Where required, participate in partner managed client events providing ongoing updates about our investment philosophy, process, performance of products, macro- economic environment and act as a contact for questions;

- Actively participate, lead, when required, and provide subject matter expertise in completing RFP's and product and finalist presentations;

- Develop thought leadership capital, such as white papers and enhanced presentation materials; both by providing subject matter expertise and doing much of the writing.

- Regularly collaborate and maintain conduct with Intermediaries keeping them current on product changes, updates etc.; including producing material required for these meetings.

- Address questions on an ongoing basis due to generalist nature of the Sales, Consultant Relations and Relationship Management roles and take an active role in training/developing Sales and Marketing.

- Participate in various type of investment meetings with portfolio managers and provide input for developing and refining product management strategy.

- Work with product development function in presenting product strategy to local, regional and home office management.

- Take the lead for, strategizing with sales and marketing to assure that marketing initiatives (including materials, presentations, follow through, etc.) are coordinated with the appropriate resources and ensure expertise in various marketing meetings. Travel with the sales team, as necessary, to represent our products to consultant, clients and prospective clients as well as our affiliated clients.
