Knowledge & Key Skills:

- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst

- Experience in data mining

- Understanding of machine-learning and operations research

- Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset

- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)

- Analytical mind and business acumen

- Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Analyse audit data and prepare quarterly management reports for the Leadership Team highlighting the status of process compliance at the organization as a whole.

- Also, analyse the audit and compliance metrics within the project.

- Conduct surveys of internal and external customers to evaluate and improve the quality of business processes and customer services.

- Support the compliance audit & certification process in regions. Ensure closure of corrective & preventive actions at regional & global level.

- Provide support for the team in ensuring conduction of audits in each region.

- Design plans & support completion of quality projects. Facilitate & mentor improvement projects in all regions.

- Responsible for participating in national or international Quality Awards. Mentor the awards team & assist in the preparations.

- Manage the team & Enhance skill & knowledge of self & respective teams. Ensure Professional - development of colleagues & team members.

- Manage Risk for new roll outs.

- Manage BCM at enterprise level and ensure testing and compliance.

- Judicious use of natural resources.
