Role: DGM - Marketing and Branding
Reports into: Dy. Head - Marketing & Branding
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
About Role:
Areas of Responsibility & brief description
1. Develop communication strategies for maintaining positive brand image
2. Improve processes (internally/externally) to control costs
3. Streamline communication modes and ensuring they meet the corporate brand guidelines
4. Ensure maintenance of internal marketing tools
5. Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including internal departments, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations & understand their requirements.
6. Manage the production of marketing materials, including Banners, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and DVDs
7. Write & Proof reading copy as well as liaising with designers & printers.
8. Evaluate marketing campaigns & managing budgets.
9. Ensure all deliverables have the same VFS Global quality benchmark. Ensure Compliance to all standards e.g. ISO 9001.27001, 14001 etc. & any other guidelines in force.

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)
Education: Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent
Additional: MBA (Marketing) or Global equivalent
Experience: 5 - 9 years of experience in handling marketing and branding responsibilities with leading tour operators
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Online and offline media knowledge
- Knowledge of printing processes
