Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible to identify and manage end to end learning/training needs and create learning solutions for functional / domain trainings, process, technical and behavioral competencies including Leadership development for Technology (IT) and BPM (Operations) line of business - Lead a team of training specialists who are focusing on developing an employee's knowledge, skills & competencies across the Organization - Partner with leadership across Voya, SLK and VFI SLK in the process of devising training needs identification, training budgets, schedule & calendar planning around domain, technical, and behavioral competencies including Leadership development - Ability to deep dive into the technical & functional aspects of business to ensure a robust learning framework is deployed which includes cross-skilling/re-skilling and upskilling in regular & niche areas - Stay ahead of external trends and collaborate with peers to define creative L&D programs and strategies and state-of-the-art technology solutions - Evolves the learning function to improve user experience and effectiveness of training through technology and modern tools - Partner with business teams for successful knowledge transition of new processes/new domain set-ups Requirements : - Graduate/PG / MBA with 17+ yrs - experience in L&D & knowledge management (KM) in IT/ITES Industry - Understanding of Retirement Services and/or Insurance domain - Experience in leading and managing a high-performing team of faculty members - Proficient in conceptualising and execution of end to end learning solutions across technology and Operations lines of business primarily in areas of domain, functional, end-to-end processes, technical, behavioural skills & leadership development - Experience in creating/designing and executing knowledge transfer framework for new transitions/new capabilities at India office by closely partnering with India and US business leaders and SMEs. - Establishing governance and reporting framework to share progress to varied stakeholders on KT progress and associated risks/mitigation. - Sound technical background with proven track record of managing large training assignments and teams - Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation and coaching skills, with ability to influence senior leaders in a global environment - Ability to raise the bar through measuring and reporting on business impact and ROI - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work cohesively with onshore, offshore and shared services teams - Certification in Training Delivery (TTT) / Content Development / Knowledge Management - Stay abreast of training and development research and industry trends: Deploy best in class global learning practices - Partner with vendors partners to facilitate the learning needs for the business - Leverage available resources (global and internal), Subject matter experts, vendor partners to deploy meaning learning solutions - Well versed with project management skills to plan, monitor and report status of learning projects & initiatives - Budget management experience and knowledge of key business financial metrics Domain: - Retirement Services (Defined Contribution) and/or Employee Benefits (Insurance) is a must - Finance and Accounts, Investment Management, Actuarial in US market will be an added advantage Other Requirements : - Flexible work schedule to overlap US hours - may be required to work on rotational shifts as per the business need
