Some of the key deliverable of the role are:  - Develop innovative and impactful seasonal window, focal points and in-store concepts, in line with the brand position.  - Plan and implement all VM work for the Roadshows and events  - Ensure correct brand presentation at SAS's and KA/MBO SIS's by proper VM implementation  - Optimize VM costs without affecting quality and timelines.  - Leading the team of regional VM heads and VM Officers of all channels to ensure standardized display  - Work closely with product team to develop concepts around seasonal highlights  Salary range - 9-11 LPA
