Responsibilities:
- The incumbent would be ensuring a dedicated focus on top line & bottom-line, market expansion, effective franchisee management, team management, cost control and competitor analysis.
- Responsible for providing insights across key markets on merchandise preference and performance tracking and competitive merchandise mapping ,
- The role - holder would be responsible and accountable for delivery on sales budgets for the year region-wise, city wise, KA wise for value volume including plan for new channel development
- Would be the decision maker in identifying, establishing and developing channel partners. Would be the key resource to maintaining outstanding relationships with channel partners
- Will formulate the P&L, Margin requirement & Capex spend
- The role would build a continuous focus on various sales metrics (including sell-in and sell-out, sell throughs, L2L growth) as much as store profitability etc, to support the successful rollout & growth of Retail through the current KA Channel
Key Result Areas:
- Achievement of Revenue targets, with strong focus on GM delivery
- Successful expansion through development and opening of KA stores & gain share in existing KA Stores
- Development & Management of channel partners
- Significantly enhance Delivery from stores by ensuring alignment to store design & VM
- Strong focus on store Operations
- Build Process for Retail Tracking , Roll out and implementation of standardized POS across all
- Leveraging Retail Planning to better KA buys
Requirement:
- Technically very sound in Key Accounts Sales, as well as expertise in Retail, B2B & eCommerce
- Should have managed a large team structure
- Strong business acumen.
- Systems thinker, process focused.
- Must have a min of 14 years experience with the last 2 years been spent in Zonal / Regional Profile.
