Job Description Lead the change in creating a Retail Centric Organization. 1. Drive LTL growth across brands with special focus on tier 1 cities a. Define and differentiate performance between Fresh sales and EOSS. Detailing in target setting for key stores. b. Devise offers during EOSS to improve sales balancing this with an optimum discount spend c. Develop and execute a review mechanism meticulously with the brand and regional teams to monitor secondary sales and create action plans. d. Create and follow through on action plans basis the audit reports of external agencies (MSP and Ops audit) e. Conceptualize and deliver success in pilot projects to expand further into VF India 2. Coaching and developing the team a. Help provide inputs to create content and a calendar for the company team as well as partner teams b. Structure the calendar in a manner to upgrade and understanding the skill sets c. Test and work on skill gaps of the store teams, specifically the store managers. d. Work with the L & D team in developing content for the store teams- basis Product, soft skills and other gaps, to remain competitive in the market. 3. Liaise with external partners to help strengthen the secondary business a. Create a calendar to execute audits at the stores (Ops and MSP audit) b. Blue sky and evaluate various start-ups/solutions which may provide value to our performance 4. Strengthen the performance of the CRM and loyalty program a. Set up KPI's for the organization as well as the CRM partner to propel performance b. Benchmark our loyalty program against market to ensure success c. Contribution of the CRM and loyalty program to improve partner profitability 5. Market and competition intelligence a. Keep an active eye on competition activity b. Identify key levers that impact business and recommend inputs at VF. 6. Reporting performance to internal stake holders a. Regular pre-defined reporting to align internal stake holders on performance and progress at retail b. Ensure the validity and accuracy of data internally as well as partners that we are working with c. Monthly executive summary to the senior APAC team summarizing performance at retail 7. Create and sustain the rigor of a strong review mechanism a. Create and circulate a review calendar with all teams to evaluate performance b. Follow through this review calendar with discipline and create action points for execution. 8. Work closely with the product, planning and merchandizing teams to further the brand plans. a. Example - execution of body optics or improving core performance b. Filtering back information on consumer feedback to the product teams and provide inputs on range. c. Work closely to align sell through across functions by providing visibility and intelligence across all stake holders.
