Title - Manager - Quality assurance and compliance&nbsp; Area of Responsibility: - Responsible and accountable for the team and their outcome. Job description: - Manage the team and ensures QA department goals and objectives are achieved. - Directly supervises the QA team on their routine work schedules. - Promotes team work and performance improvement through training. - Evaluate and verifies team member performance through the review of completed work assignment and work techniques. - Ensure proper employee relations and conditions of employment are maintained. - Responsible for implementation of system and SOP. - Manages the execution of SOP of quality. - Maintains consistency in results by defining and upgrading the systems. - Trouble shooting and analyze the nature and cause of errors to identify areas needing improvement in the team, processes and systems for obtaining optimum results. - Anticipates the problems and takes corrective action to resolve and achieve desire results. - Reviews, analyses and resolves quality complaints and claim within team and suppliers. - Maintains records, prepare reports and correspondence relative to work. - Maintains updates and socializes buyer's standards, signatures and requirements to the team and suppliers. - Analysis and evaluates the suppliers to identify areas needing improvement in the department, processes and systems in the production.
