We are looking for Head - Supply Chain Management.  Role and responsibilities :  Order fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Control :  - Determine OTB for all brands by working with relevant Sales, Sourcing and Finance personnel.   - Plan and execute monthly inventory holding for the company  - Ensure Fashion delivery commitments by right planning and control  - Order Execution  - Lead central team of planning and inventory control  Staples Management :  - Work with sales to forecast market demand  - Release of production plans for FG vendors  - Release of Fabric production plans  - Staples delivery along with sourcing teams  - Maintain targeted order fulfilment across customers  Distribution :  - Overall cost control - ensuring that monthly and annual budgets are adhered to  - Team leader for the DC, responsible for managing DC operations, including a team of 20 staff and 100 workers  - Managing Freight vendors and delivery to customers  - Customer service  Systems and processes :  - Support the S&OP process by providing visibility into stocks, incoming production and potential liability stock  - Maintaining Order book cleanliness  - Ensure accounting processes being followed at the DC  - Own the process/system developments related to distribution  Key Result Areas :  - No. of Days of Inventory across all categories and brands  - Fashion - timely inwards execution and order fulfillment  - Staples - Service Levels  - Distribution and Logistics Costs  - DC service levels  - Inventory Accuracy at DC  Skill Sets :  - People Handling   - Good Knowledge of an ERP system - preferably SAP
