We are looking for Area Sales Manager - East (MBO - Lee). This person will handle entire north East for distribution business of Lee brand. Candidate should have 5-10 years of Experience in sales. Candidate from Apparel industry will be preferred. The Area Sales Manager is a key position in the sales channel. This person will be responsible for driving the business of the territory/state by managing distributors and franchise partners. Some of the key deliverables are listed below : - In charge of setting up Exclusive Brand Outlets and expanding the retail footprint - Managing the commercial health of the brand (receivables etc) across the territory - Developing and executing the brand strategy for the territory setting development objectives across MBO, EBO &amp; SIS - Implementation of BTL activities, promotions, CRM initiatives to drive brand growth and salience - Drive Retail excellence initiatives Mystery Shopper Program, Ops Audits, Merchandise excellence, Balanced Score Card etc. - Running analytics and taking timely decisions to grow the business - Keep close track of competing brands and their activities and proactively plan to counter their initiatives
