We are looking out for Area Retail Manager - Indore/ Bhopal (Lee & Wrangler) .   Job Description :  Sales achievement against set targets, it includes :  - Prepare and participate in the Quarterly / Annual Business Plan targets with Regional Retail Head  - Secondary sales growth over previous year  - Ensure per square feet revenue growth over previous year  - Comparison and analysis of competition numbers vis-a-vis ours and strategizing for improvements  Collection :  Franchisee Relationship Management, it includes :  - Build a healthy working relationship with franchisee  - Sorting all stores related financials and managing collections  - Strategizing with Franchisee for increased sales  Inventory Management and Stock Analysis, it includes :  - Conduct forward planning (seasonal bookings) and stock allocations across all stores  - Review and analyze week wise stocks requirement at the store  - Timely planning to clear out aged SKUs through promotional activities  - Coordinating between warehouse /CFA and stores for billings and dispatches  - Monthly qualitative and quantitative feedback on stock positions to RM, maintaining according to stock norms  - Monthly product feedback on quality, style/fit, quantity sold and pricing to the Brand Teams  Personnel Development : It includes Recruit Sales staff and assist in selection of store managers at store level  - Organize for training of new team members by appointing a coach at store level  Business Development Projects :  - To strategize and seek opportunity in region for business expansion by opening new stores  - Negotiate rentals and other financials with Landlords directly  - Work in sync with commercials/legal ton work out profitability of new stores and signing of agreements  - Involve in roll-out of new projects and coordinate time bound completion   - Should be able to develop new franchisees /investors as business partners  - Should ideally come with contacts in the field  - Competition watch on market expansion.  Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
