You will closely work with founder, CXOs and HODs to strategize Vetic's new initiatives for improving operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, strategise,create the operation processes to scale the clinic business to multi-cities across India.
- Heading Pan India Home Delivery Logistics operations: ensuring Service Level and Cost optimisation.
- Managing Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control processes of clinic Inventory : Monitor Inventory Inward process to ensure pricing and expiry management of Inventory.
- Conduct Periodic Inventory Audit in Clinics through clinic teams to minimize inventory mismatch and enhance customer experience.
- Ensuring inter-clinic inventory movement to minimize stock-out situations
- Leading reverse logistics operations for non-moving & expired inventories
- Support Clinic Teams with day to day operations issues.
- Coordinate with Vendors, Logistics team to identify the issues and bottlenecks and resolve in timely manner.
- Maintain and program manage a charter of initiatives. Track progress along each initiative and ensure the completion. Measure the impact of each initiative.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and Product & Tech team to Implement best practices.
Who may be best placed for success in this role?
- At least 4-5 years Program management experience in multi-store Hyper Local Logistics operations
- Candidates with experience at high-growth startups, especially in Central Program management roles
- Experience in Data analytics is must.
