Land aquisition Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Candidate who is self-driven, consultative with 3 to 6 years of experience in Land and space acquisitions, negotiation of large space for lease / sale, contract negotiation & closure
2) Should be well versed with local laws and rules related to development and construction and Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring.
3) Prepare & execute the retail expansion & strategic initiatives to deliver on the organizations growth vision, in coordination with the Leadership team
4) Specify and define market coverage plans to deliver on the business target
5) Drive key projects aimed at cost optimization, high quality of construction & timely deliveries
6) Effective monitoring of the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to streamline operations
7) Prepare business proposals, finalization of pricing, setting up and structuring team for expansion pan India.
8) Onboarding of new vendors, managing current vendors and ensuring smooth supply chain for all materials required for new store setup
