Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition. The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, employer branding, and IT recruitment, among other tasks.

Qualifications:

- Hiring and Recruiting skills

- Excellent Communication skills

- Experience in Employer Branding

- Experience in Non - IT & IT Recruitment

- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and trends

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Open to work for 6 days in a week environment
