- Design and implement an integrated HR structure for the organization to support the operating organization in achieving its business objectives for the Vertical.
- Formulation and implementation of Recruitment Process and strategic tie-ups with Recruitment consultancies, HR Service providers, Web portals & Employee Referral Schemes for efficient and cost effective recruitment process.
- Plan to attract the right individuals, ensure appropriate induction of new recruits, formulate and implement the retention strategies through implementation of best talent acquisition practices.
- Rightsizing of manpower as per business requirement.
- Salary, Employee Productivity & Turnover Review & Analysis.
- Devise and implement transparent systems for policies and employee's welfare and performance and recognition based on objective parameters for individual's and organization's performances.
- Develop talent management & development strategies through identification of potential Appraisal for the employees.
- Implementation of effective Performance Management System, JD KPI compliance, keeping track of periodic performance review for all with a controlled evaluation & feedback mechanism.
- Tracking Salary Bill & Employee Productivity for all in M&S and analyzing trends for future plan of action.
- Preparation and implementation of annual training plan and budget based on competency mapping and training need identification.
- Development of internal and external faculty for training and coaching and networking with professional experts and bodies to guest faculties for senior level training programs.
- Designing the course structures and syllabi for talent development at various levels.
- Designing Career Development and Employee Retention Plan to control attrition.
- Plan for mySAP HCM Module integration, updation & compliance.
- Implementation of HR Innovations for Employee Engagement & Satisfaction.
- Devise and introduce systems for management and preservation of knowledge assets of the organization.
- HR Administration: HR admin expenses budget and cost control measures, legal and statutory compliance.
