Job Purpose :
1. To provide the strategic framework for IT Sales, Marketing & campaign direction encompassing branding, positioning and value in the market
2. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Commercial Strategy, Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan and embedding sales & marketing principles and practice across the organization
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for agreed sales / income targets and KPIs
- To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
- To lead on developing sales activities for all channels including digital to meet organizational aims with cohesiveness and creativity
- To lead on building internal and external relationships to fulfil the organizational vision of being the - go-to- organization
- To stay abreast of progress and direction in the domain.
- To create and provide new solutions for clients
- P&L Management
- Understanding the domain, expectations of the domain, strategizing and focusing on the growth of the domain.
- Sales Planning and provide Solutions.
- Driving new growth business of the domain
- Managing Large Scale Businesses
- Transformation of business
