Vertical Head - Procure To Pay - Telecom

- Manage overall performance of the Vertical process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management.

- Financial Control : Ensure all controls are in place and achieve 100% ICOFR score

- Engage with vertical heads within Shared services and heads of Financial Reporting and key managers across retained F&A function as well as stakeholders in other functions outside finance to ensure business satisfaction and address pain points

- P2P transformation - Benchmark P2P processes against global P2P benchmarks and drive best in class levels for P2P processes

- Digitize the wing to wing P2P process to enhance efficiency/effectiveness/control.
