Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing Pre sales, Post-sale Solutions, Program Management and Delivery Services for across all BFSI / Telecom / Utilities opportunities in both existing and new.
- Lead the BFSI / Telecom / Utilities team from opportunity stage to contract closure including responses to RFI, RFP, RFX and all client requirements
- Lead the team to create detailed functional specifications document for specific deployments
- Program manage the entire delivery project, including managing customer expectations and get endorsements and case studies from the customer.
- Create and maintain collateral repository with most recent BFSI capability presentations, case studies, executive summaries.
Desired Skills:
- Proven track record in managing several successful business processes, customer relationship management and business planning, regional strategies for business.
- Domain Expert in the BFSI / Telecom / Utilities with hands-on experience on Information Technology Products,
- Sales & Pre Sales, Consulting, Solution, Business Process Management (good to have)
- Understanding of processes to identify lean, right sourcing, automation and organizational design opportunities
- Good Leadership Skills, ability to handle diverse work groups, Senior Resources, Technically Proficient teams.
- Excellent interpersonal Skills, Persuasive and ability to influence Senior Leaders and manage tough Negotiations.
