Job Title: Vertical Head/ Practice Head - Talent Acquisition( Manufacturing | Automotive Business Vertical

Location: Baner, PUNE

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for non-IT positions, including but not limited to roles in sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, and other functions.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

3. Client Relationship: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, provide recruitment guidance, and maintain strong working relationships.

4. Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions, post openings on various job boards, and manage candidate responses.

5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitive compensation packages.

6. Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

7. Team Management: Responsible of supervising and mentoring the team to achieve the agreed targets.

8. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.

9. Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 7+ years in non-IT sectors, with a focus on mid to senior-level positions.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.

- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment.

- Familiarity with various industries and their unique hiring challenges.
