ENU Sales Head for ME
Client is Top 4 Indian IT Company
Looking for a P&L head to drive the business for Oil & Gas and Energy sector for Client in Middle East
Middle East as a region comprises of 7 different countries - Saudi, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Turkey
Responsibilities -
- Handle the P&L end-to-end for an approximate revenue base of 125 MN USD for the ENU Vertical for Middle East
- The incumbent has to constantly develop and realign a tailor-made strategy for addressing the market requirements.
The strategic plan should clearly craft out the differentiated solution offerings, investment in teams and capabilities and projection of financial results.
- Creating a strong Client market positioning and increasing the mindshare of Client within the Telecom community.
- Constantly leading sales and innovation efforts to increase the topline, reduce costs and increasing operating margin
- Lead certain key customer pitches and establish superior win track-record within the sector
- Defining & directing Partnerships & Alliances strategy
- Strategic leadership capabilities to lead the team
Requirement -
- Strong transformational leader with experience in handling large projects
- Hands-on experience (at least 20+ years) in the Global Technology services industry with significant experience coming from providing solutions to O&G/Energy companies preferred.
- A good mix of experience working in operations and enterprise processes of a technology company.
- Good knowledge of of middle east market and demand
- Candidates should not be sales only profiles and must be capable of talking processes and solutions with ease
