Location : Mumbai (Based out of Lower Parel)

Educational Qualification: MBA

Salary: Open till 11 lacs+ Variables

Job Profile:

Responsible to lead the team & handle all the Dealers & DSAs for Motor Insurance for Mumbai region.

Acquisition of New dealers and DSA in Mumbai.

To build strong Brand image of the company in the Market.

Training new Dealer & DSA's as per the requirements. In order to increase the business significantly and
improve the performance at each dealership & DSA's.

Supervising the dealers, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking steps in order to enhance growth.

Guiding and motivating the sales team and budget planning.

Note: Candidates with good experience of sales in Auto loans can also apply.
