Vertical Head - IT

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for creating a robust and differentiated portfolio of offerings for our clients in each vertical, and organic and in-organic investments for building capability.

- The Person will also oversee our Portfolio Investments, including effective integration and realization of synergies and business objectives.

- Create new solutions and product, write white papers, lead large deals, must have the capacity to look at inorganic growth as well

Reporting will be two down to the CEO

- Does not look at delivery but has the ownership of P&L

- Manage a portfolio of 600 Million,

- As an SBU head, responsible for P&L. Set budgets, monitor and review business performance

- Ensure robust pipeline of business opportunities by constantly engaging with customers

- Oversee/Monitor Leads, Site Visits, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges

Requirements : 

- Strong Experience in Hi Tech Vertical

- Demonstrated History in Managing large deals

- Managing a P&L of close to 600 million

- Capability to look at inorganic growth options

- A good negotiator and influencer
