Criteria:

- Person should be willing to travel across Zonal Offices within Maharashtra

- Role holder is expected to possess strong conceptual understanding of HR / People frameworks

- Should have hands on experience in implementation, management and effectiveness of HR Initiatives

- Strong Analytical, Logical bent of mind is a prerequisite

- The role requires the person to be comfortable with employees across levels, geographies

Job Purpose:

To identify and deploy best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction.

Job Context & Major Challenges:

Ensuring the internal customers development, delight & quality experience. Enhancing People and process capability and implementing the changes & reaching out to employees in a wide geographical spread.

Retention of employees in a highly competitive market.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

- To drive employee engagement initiatives & programs

- Ensure smooth management various HR Operations & Processes

- Ensure the rollout of Talent Management program as per Corporate & ABG guidelines

- Attrition Management - Initiate retention strategies to control attrition at circle level.

- Employee Relations

- HR Dashboards & Metrics
