Vertical Head/General Manager - Operations - Food Retail/QSR

- As a part of Leadership team, retail head is responsible for creating business roadmaps for franchise (COCO)/FOCO/FOFO), which includes restaurants, sweet shops and franchise based outlets.

Operational excellence-

- Drive business opportunity identification, agency or vendor on-boarding, legal and compliance monitoring & its related activates.

- Identifying opportunities for retail business expansion mainly, across cities and any other future franchises.

- Ensure that the brand value of Haldirams- is upheld across all the franchise and/or shops.

- Drive standardization activates across all retail shops. Ensure the same is implemented and adhered to, on day-day basis. (To be implemented).

- Ensure that all legal and statutory compliance is being adhered to. Ensure agencies / vendor is being legally compliant.

- Ensure that the productivity improvement programs are being conducted in the retail and sweet shops. Ensure the standards are set up and complied to. (To be implemented)

- Design and recruit team for driving franchise setup. Ensure that the productivity of the team is being monitored, measured and improved.

- Drive the standardization, productivity improvement and other relevant trainings for retail team. Training needs should also be identified by the stakeholder.
