Vertical Head - Financial Risk Audit - NBFC

- The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the strategy and plan of the Centre of Excellence for the organisation.

- Group Financial Risk Audits covering the key financial risk areas (Revenue recognition, cost audits, Vendor Management, outsourcing and procurement process for Opex, Capex, Infrastructure, IT procurement, Digital partner review, Business partner review, Share dealing code and prevention of insider trading review, controls for protection of UPSI, related party transactions, Financial Risk management review ,Operational Risk) across the Group.

- The primary function of the role will be to develop and manage the strategy and plan of the Centre of Excellence for proactively driving and conducting the financial risk assessments across the ABCL group entities factoring the wide spread nature of business, large scale of operations, extensive regulatory guidelines, complexity & diversity of the various lines of business of Group and organization strategy, culture and maturity with regards to controls over financial risk.
