Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem is a must.   Qualification - Full time MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes.   Skills :   - Strong knowledge of Digital eco system.   - Experience in Media planning  - Good understanding of the Brand for FMCG & FMCD clients.   - Experience in Consultative selling/Upselling/Cross-selling.   - Should be a category & a brand builder   - Capable of driving and achieving sales targets.   - Must be able to use data and analytics while building on client conversations.   - Excellent communication skills.   - Must be able to leverage relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations.   Responsibilities :   1. Own P&L for the Key accounts for entertainment and sports business   2. Understand the Digital ecosystem, be abreast with industry analytics and be on top of industry trends for the accounts you own.   3. Expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis   4. Maintain high standards in following sales processes.   4. Lead a team of Engagement Managers and ensure maximizing revenue potential with each of the key accounts   5. Manage all stakeholder relationships.   6. Work closely with the internal sales strategy team, internal agency team for conceptualization & execution of long term deals for your accounts
