Qualification : Master's degree or equivalent with specialization in Marketing/Sales from a Premium Business School
Experience : 10 - 15 years
Age Group : 32 - 37 years
Designation/Grade : AGM / DGM / GM
Industries to look from : BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Pharma, Real Estate (Max of 2 years in Real Estate)
Job Description :
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Handling Sales and distribution for the vertical.
- Responsible for the preparation of Business Plan for the vertical and executing the same.
- Responsible for Recruitment of Project Sales Head, smooth functioning of sales and marketing activities of the assigned sites, in order to meet company's targets for growth and profitability
- Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Also to make an agile system by competition mapping.
- As an SBU head, responsible for P&L. Set budgets, monitor and review business performance
- Ensure robust pipeline of business opportunities by constantly engaging with customers
- Oversee/Monitor Leads, Site Visits, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
- Periodic reporting to Management
- Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
