Vertical Head - Corporate Strategy - Consulting Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

What Are Your Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design templatize industry-specific frameworks for CXM Platform that will enable quick and easy deployment and adoption.

- Keep track of industry trends, policy changes, competitor actions, innovations, threats and their impact on our customers

- Lead strategic conversations with senior leaders in our customer's organization and shape solutions for better customer experience management

- Work with multiple stakeholders within organisation to influence product development based on industry and customer insights

- Responsible for crafting creative solutions meeting business and process consulting needs of clients in the responsible sectors

- Handling solutions including advisory services on growth, competitive intelligence, customer experience enhancement, internal process improvement and organizational design

- Playing a catalytic role in conceptualizing and enabling the implementation of a range of initiatives aimed at improving the organizational capability to manage and execute programs at scale.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

- Deep domain expertise in one of these industry segments - Technology, BSFI, CPG, Retail, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, Telecom, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Energy or Automotive

- Comfortable in engaging senior executives in strategic discussions, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented. Proven ability to influence others.

- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight

- Master's or Bachelor's degree from a top college or university

- Flexibility to work with customers in their time zone

- Naturally curious, with excellent critical-thinking skills
