Vertical Head - Business Intelligence Unit  Responsibilities :   - Work with business analysts and project managers to develop and refine reporting requirements.  - Manage the reporting/analytics platforms to ensure that scheduled jobs are successfully run and data output aligns to the specifications and meeting timeliness as specified.   - To have a deep understanding of the business and constantly explore opportunities to offer data insights to enable better decision making.  - Working with business stakeholders to define business KPI's and develop tools to support these KPIs.  - Work closely with business stakeholders in providing insights for scheduled and ad hoc requirements   Required Qualifications and Experience :  - Should have 8+ years of prior experience in relevant roles  - Prior experience in BI / Risk modelling roles would be an added advantage  - Candidate should possess knowledge in data modelling. Skills on SAS/SQL/R etc and other statistical tools would be preferred  - Candidates with MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Statistics / Economics background would be preferred   - Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.   - Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.  - Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
