Job Description : - Vernacular.ai is looking to bring on board a Senior Product Manager (Growth) to power our aggressive growth across different business verticals (Eg. Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, Consumer Electronics, Airlines, DTH). In this role, the candidate will be responsible to build vertical-specific platform features and applications on the VIVA platform and position us as a differentiated offering for each vertical. - This is a high impact role where you will own direct revenue responsibility and work closely with both the sales and platform product teams to churn product features at break-neck speed. There are no set rules when it comes to growth and you will be expected to hustle and make stuff happen. This role will be based out of Bangalore. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities : - Build agile roadmaps to launch applications on VIVA to open up and grow new verticals (Eg. Banking, Insurance, Consumer Electronics, Airlines, DTH, Hospitality, F&B) - Own customer experience of voice bot applications for each vertical - Drive dynamic prioritization of features with the platform team to launch revenue-driving features to support new revenue opportunities - Produce high-quality product specifications and manage the scope of each product launch. Take judgement calls on MVP and iterate closely with customers. - Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to read client requirements (articulated, as well as un-articulated) and use that to drive the product roadmap - Set and measures metrics and outcomes, and continually optimise processes Professional Experience/Qualifications : - Bachelor's / Master's degree in the field of engineering - Should bring in 4+ years of work experience, with at least 2-3 years of Product Management experience - Ability to distinguish between symptoms that prospective customers talk about during meetings and actual problems that need to be solved to inform the roadmap - Experience of working in both B2B and B2C environments - Ability to absorb pressure and work in a collaborative manner with different functions to ensure that the customer's needs are met - Huge bonus points for having worked with AI / ML teams or products in the past - A huge bonus for having an entrepreneurial experience
