Skit was founded with the vision to build infrastructure for the 'Voice-first' future. The experience a company provides is as important as its products and services. Enterprises today recognize the revenue creation potential of contact centers through improved customer experience, as opposed to the traditional view of cost centers. However, a large number of contact centers continue to run on outdated legacy systems and old technologies, leading to poor customer experience, agent dissatisfaction, and increasing operational costs.

We've developed a Voice-AI powered call center automation platform designed to have human-like conversations through over 10 million hours of training data. Our platform can currently respond in over 16+ languages, covering over 160+ dialects and replicating human-like conversations.

Since 2020, we've quadrupled our number of customers and revenue and our average order book has been growing at a CAGR 200-300% annually. This explosive growth has helped us secure $23M in Series B financing to rapidly scale to new markets.

Business Analyst :

We are looking for a data-driven individual with a problem-solving mindset to work on our enterprise voice assistant platform and help us take it to new heights.

Responsibilities :

- Support the delivery teams to drive improved product quality and customer satisfaction by leveraging data to study business and UX impact for features and product improvements

- Deliver. You do more than talk - you put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision make sure products and features are launched

- Deep dive into data and identify right problem statements and right segments to target and take experimentation driven product delivery approaches.

- Work closely with Solution Product Managers and Customer Success to deliver standardized customer dashboards to enable understanding of BOT health and performance with minimal guidance

- Collaborate with Product Management to build the roadmap for Enterprise-grade Conversational Analytics

- Capture insights from customer feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis to identify trends and -pinpoint the drivers behind them; translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve our voicebot deliveries

- Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with a clear data-driven understanding of how callers interact with our voicebot.

Requirements :

Mandatory :

- Working knowledge of scripting (one of Python, R)

- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL) and platforms (Superset, Tableau, Metabase, Google Analytics, Clevertap, MixPanel etc.)

- Strong communication skills - ability to effectively communicate the insights developed to the various stakeholders in the organization

- Able to work with agile product development teams and able to identify new ways to help your team be effective.

Good to have :

- Brownie points to folks who've built or worked on analyzing conversational AI products

- Experience working on Machine Learning and NLP systems
