As the associate in the founder's office, you will be responsible to provide regular updates about all functions in the form of different metrics and help in planning the organization's strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Global Enterprise SaaS company. The associate will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities : - Creating and tracking performance metrics of various departments using regular MISs and dashboards - Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives like weekly KPIs - Responsible to assist CXOs in analyzing root causes of different issues using deep dive analysis with data driven approach e.g. factors causing fall in gross margin over certain periods and discussing available actions - Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies - Act as an advisor to the leadership team by working in close coordination with the Chief of Staff - Assist in budget planning according to the cash flow - Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets - Assist other functions in quantitative exercises undertaken towards larger company's goals - Facilitates implementation of new systems (including delivery, software quality assurance, payroll, HRMS, accounting etc.) as the company grows - Facilitate external meetings of founders and advise on key takeaways Requirements : - Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering/Economics from IITs or ISI is highly preferred. MBA with focus on Operations/Finance or other quantitative discipline like data analytics is also appropriate. - 2-3 years of experience in analytics role with good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models - Good quantitative aptitude and willingness to learn new things - Knowledge of Excel, VBA, R and any open source dashboarding tools is desirable - Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills - Some track record of interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects is desirable - Experience working in a growing start up environment is preferred
