Responsibilities:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Data-driven based decision-maker.
- Aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at large Enterprises
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
- Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
- Construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback.
About you:
- 6 to 10 years of B2B Digital/ SAAS sales experience demonstrating success building, motivating, mentoring and leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Masters in BA/ Management
- Start-up experience, a plus
- Start-up cultural fit - thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, young and small team environment
- High IQ and EQ
- You have a passion for analytics, understanding teams, people & follow-ups
