Job Description - Founder's Office - The position will directly report to the founders and work closely with the leadership team. - Primary responsibilities will include optimizing the success of the organization by acting as a strategic counsel and project manager. - The role will entail driving relationships with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced start-up environment. We are looking for a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Direct support to founders - Optimize decision making by planning and executing activities on behalf of the founders - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance - Shadow founders in meetings to discuss business issues, update processes, analyse issues, and challenge suggestions - Drive market research and meetings with industry experts, and create customer and investor presentations. - Be a go-to person for all internal data requirements for the founders 2. Project & stakeholder management - Collaborate with different teams across the organization to ensure all projects driven by the founders are moving towards closure and within budget - Own the MIS dashboards by collaborating with different teams in the organization - Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved - Build and maintain relationships across all functions in order to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success Requirements: - Education - Master's degree required in business, marketing, or finance. Masters/MBA - Work-experience: 2-3 years; exposure to Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and other functions will be preferred - Excellent managerial, organizational, leadership and verbal/written communication skills - Analytical and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute and report out ideas and results - Experience working with an executive team to drive an organization forward in a highly dynamic start-up environment with odd timings and sudden deadlines
