Job Description :

- Development, review and periodic update of ERM framework

- Engage actively with all Functional Teams for business and process understanding and assist the Risk Management Team in risk assessment process

- Preparation and update of risk matrix (i.e. inherent risks and control risks) and Risk Register from time to time

- Analysis of inputs and reports from LMS, Functional Teams as well as Risk Audit Team from the perspective of enterprise risk and recommend policy tightening

- Coordinate with Auditors and other external consultants for ERM, RBIA, IFC audit

- Preparation and Analysis of MIS on periodic as well as on ad hoc basis to support Management decision-making

- Active involvement in understanding, analysis and reporting of Business, products, processes, changes therein, including new products, processes or line of business with respect to their quality and effectiveness of Organizations internal controls, risk management and governance related systems

- Primary focus on identification, measurement, monitoring and management of risks including potential risks, development of risk policies and procedures, use of risk management models etc., in order to suggest policy changes, process changes and additional controls for mitigation of risks

- Conduct Risk assessment process using both quantitative and qualitative approach all relevant inputs from external as well as internal sources

Person Profile:

Educational Qualification: - CA / CWA / CFA

Experience :

- Minimum 8 to 10 years.

- Preference to candidates having relevant experience in Finance and NBFC in handling the data analysis of loan portfolio from risk point of view, MIS for management decision making, help Risk Management team in designing product from Risk & Return point of view.

Specific Skills :

- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling and strong working knowledge in other applications of MS Office Suite

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills

- Attention to accuracy and detail required

- Knowledge of basic financial concepts related to loans

- Great communication, interpersonal and soft skills

- Ability to grasp and deliver tasks at quick TAT free of errors
