Co-Founder and Head of Business Development
We are a startup and have developed a SaaS-based platform to solve the problem of employee no-shows and abscondence. In pilot use at a medium-sized Analytics company, the use of our product reduced no-show rates of new recruits from >80% to <20%. Armed with this data, our company is looking to aggressively market the product to companies. As most people are aware, the potential market size and our potential to grow is huge.
What are we looking for ?
We are looking for a dynamic and technically capable person to join as our Head of Business Development/Sales. The market size for our product in India and Globally is in tens of billions of dollars. The problem that our product solves is a major problem in recruitment in most of the world and is progressively getting worse. There is currently no solution to this problem and ours is the first and only solution to this important problem that is now proven to be effective.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in enterprise sales and preferably with connects to and ability to reach decision-makers in service companies small, medium and large. We are especially focused on individuals who besides being capable are entrepreneurial, responsible and responsive, have initiative and most importantly are trustworthy.
We are looking for go-getters and not those who make excuses for their failures.
We will be able to offer a generous and significant equity stake in our company to well-qualified candidates to align the personal incentives of the chosen candidate with that of our company.
