Delivery Manager Responsibilities: 1) Strong experience in building capabilities profitable growth with quality & delivery in time and latest technology trends, Building motivated and high performing teams, mentor Junior practitioners 2) Lead a team of Project Managers and guide them for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects 3) To make sure Delivery with Project Management, Project health check, Resource Management, People Management, Quality Management, Configuration Management 4) Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects 5) Deliver business impact and innovation to a customer's business by understanding our customers' key business issues and opportunities 6) Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements 7) Think creatively and critically about deliverable's features, architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing start-up environment 8) Understanding of best practices for enterprise Support products and experience with complex IT deployments 9) Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies 10) Implementing high-level requirements and to produce robust solutions, within predefined timelines, and scope limitations 11) Ability to manage crisis and stay calm under pressure while helping the team to navigate the crisis with ease 12) Knowledge of professional software engineering practices. Understanding of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews 13) Understands customer requirements and constraints through customer engagement and coaches his/her team through all aspects of delivery, and pre-sales if appropriate, to deliver successful customer outcomes 14) Build and nurture C-level relationships across accounts in the portfolio to solidify existing relationships while driving strong referral 15) Manage key customer escalations and red accounts by mobilizing and leveraging resources from across the company if needed KEY SKILLS: 1) 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT/Consulting/Software applications environment. 2) Strong project management & cross group collaboration skills. 3) Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules 4) Educational Qualifications: B.Tech (preferred) and must have MBA from Tier-1 institute
