Venture Builder (Remote) for a Web 3 Investment fund and Blockchain Accelerator firm based in Singapore Job Description: 1. Will work under the guidance of CXOs closely on running the Accelerator and Venture Building activities for portfolio companies. 2. Need strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, deep curiosity for crypto etc. 3. An ideal candidate could come from consulting or project management and would have ideally dabbled in crypto on a personal basis (used DeFi protocols, maybe bought some NFTs) 4. The incumbent needs to have excellent research skills, a very deep curiosity for web3/crypto, and also very logical and structured thinking and communication. 5. The ideal candidate could come from consulting, crypto or finance (i-banking, PE, VC, etc.) or big tech, and the client does prefer candidates having a technical background, e.g. Computer Science degree and/or being a dev/SWE (Solidity, Rust, Substrate, which are web3 languages, but not a must) Job Specifications: What you'll bring: - A strategic mindset, structured problem-solving, clear communications, and excellent stakeholder management - A passion for Web 3, experience using Web 3 protocols (DeFi DApps, NFT platforms, play-to-earn games, etc.), and the ability to explain how blockchain technology works to a 5-year old - Strong curiosity and drive to learn, an ownership mindset, and the ability to manage and prioritize various workstreams concurrently and independently - Prior work experience in Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Accelerators / Incubators are a plus
