- Developing Product Adoption Strategies & Marketing Plans at customer level. This would involve creating marketing campaigns, loyalty & Incentive programs across products.
- Customer Data Analysis to build deepening strategies & building behavior-based triggers.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams & Senior Management, to ensure aligning the company Goals with Marketing Plans
- Monitoring Product Adoption via organic and marketing activities to constantly enhance/modify plans.
- Study & Present the Product adoption v/s revenue mix, impacting strategies.
- Using Marketing Automation Tools like WebEngage for creating events and segment-based campaigns across Inbound and Outbound channels, including funnel analytics reporting & dashboard on the campaigns to senior management
- Collaborating with IT along with MarTech Lead, in testing the implemented Marketing tools and channels
- Develop Customer Product Education Plans along with Creative & Product Teams, this includes tutorials, Videos etc. & relaying it through Campaigns or Onsite.
What you'll need to bring:
- Proven experience in managing Portfolio Strategies and Campaigns, Capital Market experience preferred.
- Effective & Excellent Project Management, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Prior experience of marketing tools like WebEngage, Netcore-Smartech, Karix etc. preferred.
- Flair for Data Analytics & creation of Dashboards for senior management
- 2-7 years of experience in BFSI domain.
